Commencement Address to the Paulding County High School Class of 2027

[Applause. Daniel walks up to the podium, smiles, and looks out at the graduates.]

Good morning, Paulding County High School Class of 2026!

To the parents, the teachers, the faculty, and most importantly, to the young leaders sitting in front of me in those caps and gowns: Congratulations. You made it. To all those who helped me tell Brandon Cunningham’s story. Thank you.

Take a look around this room. Look at the person sitting to your left, and the person sitting to your right. Today, you are all graduates. But tomorrow? Tomorrow, you become the architects of a future that the world hasn't even seen yet.

Now, when I look out at you, I don't just see high school students. I see the future developers, the future entrepreneurs, the future protectors, and the future leaders of Georgia and this country. I see future coin holders. ANSEM safety network validators!

Paid validators, not underpaid workers.

Some of you might be wondering, "Who is this tech guy up here, speaking about fair pay and what does his story have to do with me?"

Over twenty years ago, I was sitting right where you are. I did not earn that much then. My first job paid $5.10 an hour. I think the raise was a nickel, maybe a dime (laughs, and smile).

Value money, because its not given away easily. Fall in love with working for a dollar. Fall in love with peacebuilding work. We need engineers in peacebuilding. I need computer scientists in the new peace sector we must build. I need you if you are teachable, humble, and can follow our protocols.

Paulding County, I didn't start my career with a billion dollars or a hundred companies. I started with a desire to learn and a willingness to serve. I joined the U.S. Army Signal Corps. My job back then was as a cryptographic courier. That's a fancy way of saying I was trusted to deliver highly coded, top-secret messages for the United States government. Later, I worked as an electronics technician for the Coast Guard, repairing massive national security ships.

In those early days, I learned a lesson that I want to hand to you today: Your mind is your greatest asset, and security is built on discipline.

As the years went on, technology changed. The world moved into digital currencies and artificial intelligence. Because I understood how codes and security worked from my military days, I was able to transition into the world of cryptocurrency and AI. I became the developer behind the ANSEM community token. I helped build digital rules and software networks that allowed people all over the world to trade and connect securely. I am now the lead Chief Strategic developer for the ANSEM corporation.

I didn't stop there. I kept pushing, because I wanted to solve massive global problems. Today, I operate more than 100 companies. Recently, one of my companies received a $5 billion evaluation for intellectual property. We created interference detection technology designed to protect the most important systems on Earth—our election systems and our nuclear security infrastructure.

I don't tell you about the $5 billion valuation or the 100 companies to brag. I tell you this because I am proof of what happens when you refuse to let anyone put a ceiling on your potential. I am a proud Christian tech inventor from right here in Georgia, and I am telling you that there is absolutely nothing stopping you from building the next multi-billion-dollar idea.

But let me tell you what matters to me even more than business success. What matters to me is you.

When I speak to NAACP youth, or at conferences or work with any student, my primary mission is to get these advanced ideas into your minds. I want you to understand blockchain. I want you to understand artificial intelligence. I want you to look at the technology of tomorrow and say, "I can build that. I can code that. I can lead that."

As a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity and as a Master Mason, I was taught that true greatness isn't measured by how much money you make. True greatness is measured by how much you give back to the community and how many people you lift up along the way.

Before I challenge you each three times, I want to seed this phrase to you. Persevere. My masons and Sigmas know this, but you students must learn it too. No one ever knew what an election interference deterrent company did. Yet, I taught them.

I was creditable because my knowledge of nuclear missile deterrence, and I only had that opportunity because of perseverance. See when I was younger people did not like me because of my skin color, my big head, my height, and some even said I talked too much. Yet, I learned to be me and perform to achieve my goals.

I performed to get around — peacefully those who opposed me. Did that make me a coward?

You are not how you perform. Your identity is something separate. Your skills are attached to your identity. The more skills you have the more capacity you have to perform as needed to get around those who oppose you.

0Study what it means to perform, and study the differences of “who” you must perform to and for.

So, Class of 2027, as you step out of Paulding County High School and into the real world, I leave you with three challenges as you go out to become a peacebuilder:

1. Be Curious: Never stop learning. The technology that will define your career might not even be invented yet. Be the one who invents it. If you are not a tech person, learn to be —- at some level. Just be curious about tech.

2. Be Unhackable: Build your life on a solid foundation of integrity, hard work, and character. Don't let outside noise, doubt, or negative people interfere with your positive signal.

3. Lift As You Climb: No matter how high you go—whether you run for the State Senate like I did, build a global business, or serve your country—always reach back and pull the next generation up behind you. I served our nation in war, and peacetime —- and many of you must have the courage and dare to challenge yourself to military service too.

Paulding County, the world is waiting for your ideas. Go out there, think big, protect your vision, and change the world. Whether you are a tech geek, or the geeks who do not get tech, you matter. Most importantly, how you lived matters. So live as a Brandon lived.

Be a hero.

We “activated” Senator Blake Tillery for funding and it was not approved. I like to use the term activated instead of lobbying nowadays. The point was that money is needed to mitigate the fake news which is causing “cells” of agitators to complain, disrupt, mislead, recruit, phish, and build false databases of voter information  which is used in various schemes. 

So instead of always printing headlines about Cobb Democrats doing this, or Democrats doing this we need to fund their education. Too often — is members of our party putting fuel on a narrative which is not of Jesus or God.

Too many republicans are saying Democrats are _____ or ______ and filling the blanks with negatives. Then when my Mom says she needs money to train people on ballot harvesting laws, and more — our funding is not authorized by my own Republican brothers.

So let’s look in the mirror, and be honest about if we are making money on Chaos and discontent and fighting of my Mom’s base. I’m not fighting with my Mom or her base — peace with them is possible, probable and profitable. 

Secondly, as mentioned to Chuck— I  can pursuit federal funding and you each can get credit from bringing that funding into Georgia — but you all have to adhere to the narratives which opens Georgia up for such funding. As mentioned to Chuck DHS has funding options we qualify for — I know from my time working for national security missions. Collaboratively only with democrats can we yield the power to bring in federal dollars. This federal money will help secure our elections faults. Based on my team’s expert analysis and an independent review of the FBI’s 2016 claims of elections interference we have proof that — our elections were impacted in 2016, 2020, and 2024.

Instead of hiding the truth from the American public — Georgia must follow California. Google my past work in California — we have an history of excellence and that is what is offered to you each and to the Georgia state assembly, Secretary of State, and Governor. The goal, again is unlocking funding — if you all trust me to close the deals. 

Lastly, there is a three hour recorded call circulating of a Republican candidate in our own party claiming 2026 Special elections tampering in district 14. Are you both aware? Are we launching a commission for this? We already know the polymarket elections outcome predictions markets promoted online by you know who — is incentivizing citizens to vote a certain way. This means money is now going to voters — who predict an outcome and then work tireless to ensure that end.

Now imagine if these “gamblers” start coming together, and leveraging bank credit, and cash for larger gambles. Now imagine if they invest in dark web cyber hacking teams to interfere, and insert pristine copycat ballots which they generate from phishing databases built from collecting data in Walmart parking lots.

For example, I have first hand knowledge of efforts to pay Americans to phish and collect phone numbers, birth dates, addresses, and candidate preferences. Many in America are being duped, and when I asked for $22 million for Georgia training initiatives to expose the micro-elections I references and implement solutions — our request was denied.

In conclusion… 

As you both know, my Mom — a democrat is now lobbying Senator Gail Davenport. My Mom is one of our leaders who helped the Bi-partisan ban the box pass. We have to continue to ally with those in my family on all sides of the aisle.

She is going to lobbying / and activate her Democrat base for our end because our end is not republican — we are the Christian new republicans leaders. We must lead by following God. Does God want people putting personal identifiable information into a database which is then used by low orbit satellites to identify specific voting propensities due to geo fencing and location data associated with which way a congressional district leans — blue or red.

Imagine this:

Allowing evil schemes to gain democrat voter information, and then complete counterfeit ballots. How does it work? Artificial intelligence and super intelligence systems cross pair the phished data with public voting history. Democrats are identified in the phished database, and then Super intelligence generates a batch of pristine ballot image files showing those same democrat voters — voted for Republican candidates. Imagine how unfair this is. Then low orbit satellites are used to insert the files into our Georgia elections system, and the voters never are able to verify anything of such a a sort.

This will happen to our party too eventually. Then we will do what? Pay? Already our network is operating for this end. We can reduce the verification from random to 1:1. This means I can verify every ballot in Georgia just as it’s done in California. Plus my cost is three cents, currently the people of Georgia are paying $1 or more.

Is this robbery? My base wants contracts; and money, let’s just cut to the chase. This is not about party, it’s about money. This is how we do this — your Republican brother — me — working with a Democrat Mom — to save the tax payers money. This must be the story, because right now people think you each and I are evil to work with democrats. Yet we must show them we are saving Georgians tax dollars. We are offset tax burdens, by using the best most efficient systems which our network has patent pending technology for. As expressed earlier I will license to the key players, and they can continue to earn, but my network wants money. It’s that simple.

As a millennial I lead different — this is a public open letter that is archived as part of my 2028 Republican race for the White House. So be assured history will record our work. Historians will google you — if Google exists in 100 years, and the archives will hold your silence, your in action, or your senate floor to promote my technology for benefit the dreams of our foredaddies.

This assembly voted to human trafficking my ancestors, and I have forgiven those leaders some who maybe or maybe not are relatives to you. We move forward needing these contracts for my base of liberty patriots. Honor me, and grant my request.

Your policy writers can rewrite, but we need the money to educate and work for free and fair elections. If you oppose me — you oppose fairness. If you oppose me — you oppose voting rights. If you oppose me Chuck Payne — you betray all the words you have instilled in me. You are my hero, who stood up for me — when a lie led your own Secretary to be frantic. You are calm cool, and wise.

Let’s go to church together. Let’s pray on this. I need these contracts for my vendors. The BCSN will continue to do what we can do to maintain security of the Georgia network independently via our citizen council and overwatch. My Mom is organizing with democrats. Bob Johnson is organizing with me. Now we must pay our people to serve our interest. Anything else is self sabotage of our democracy due to whatever justification a villain gives.

As a libertarian in thought I know taxation is theft. Yet we at the minimum can stop overpaying for verification of samples — we are paying .97 cents too much, on every ballot, and who ever you have contracted with are not doing what my team will do with 1 to 1 and HBAR minting of data.

Buy HBAR friends, and cut the check at the assembly for this cause via vote. Don’t let the rhetoric distract you. This is about money, it usually always is. God and the people will decide who in the state assembly wanted to reduce tax payer costs with my services, and who are pro taxing and over taxing the people for voting related expenses.
