LET’S WORK TOGETHER FOR BRANDON CUNNINGHAM
This is a proposal for a HBAR Sovereign Wealth Fund — to pay for landmark law enforcement investments, parcel-19 elections protections hardware, elections interference detection hardware, administrative elections integrity at home jobs, and multi-party canvassing jobs to increase the Georgian Peace index and end political bullying.
——-/
This is the landing page. Did you know the 2016 elections where President Trump won was interfered with? You think I am lying … keep reading I am going to prove it, and in case someone removes the link — we already have it protected. So if we know cheating happened in the 2016 U.S. Presidential election, why was Fulton County DA Willis, the best DA in the world attacked by my own Republican Party members? Again… so why are we attacking Fulton County DA — a woman? Let’s make posts on X.com or make news press releases with our organizational powers to educate on that truth. Be brave! God does not give us the spirit of fear. Fake news is real friends and designed to harm us emotionally, psychologically and spiritually.
If this proposal becomes law it will fund a new style of canvassing in Georgia, and that means new money for new canvassing companies — with the certification Daniel Davenport Enterprises (DDE) oversees.
Let us pray. God creator of the Universe, your word teaches us how to come to you united. It says if we ask anything in Jesus name it will be done. Well I still have not received the million dollars I wanted dropped in a bag near the railroad tracks, yet I still believe and teach in the spirit of the Hebrew orientations. God be with us now. Show us how to transform our love of mammon into a love for Kingdom money which is used for peacebuilding in Georgia. Give us more hope, remove the obstacles which stir in our own holy land of Georgia immediately. Georgia is our holy land, and we will not war in it — we will be united for more peace. In Jesus name we pray. Amen.
Let us begin. Maybe there is a conspiracy to get us to fight each other with illogical news stories which are unfair. Keep reading the best stuff is at the bottom, the more you read the more you will comprehend. For the skimmers, please exit now we need people with time to really finish my work and to do that you have to first learn some of what I know, and see my plans, before you criticize.
Hello everyone, this is me Davenport. I must bring in 200 million for one of the biggest law enforcement lobby wins of the decades! You will help me. Plus 22 million for those who lead new business which will be “multi-party” canvassing operations only. It’s time to unify, and stop status quo canvassing methods of division. The current proposal totals $927 million, and there are jobs for 🫵. We must work together for Brandon Cunningham. This is a statewide initiative costing me $11 million for me to design this statewide education campaign; and I covered the cost out of my own pockets. So go search for all the Brandon Cunningham music, and buy the shirts, I don’t need the money, I want you to be equipped to become cyber lobbyist with me. Simply go to X.com/GeorgiaOneOwner to get more context. There you will learn about how our elections security machines use certain crypto incentives which are legal, and you can learn the names there. You can see what we use to do on the Bitcoin network to secure elections with the “no delete” function and learn why I left my Bitcoin family to build a HBAR dependent parcel-19 interoperable system which all vendors can learn to build from our network of trainers. In addition, Go here for the shirts and more which the design team members will update as necessary. We will give you all options. Yes this is the real Davenport. I can make things complicated or simple.
Here is simple:
For example, one of the publicly reported problems was a simple fix. I simply had to remove the ability to delete votes from the network software adminstrators in a testing setting. Easy fix which ensure partisan loyal network managers cannot delete 🫵 vote. But there is so much more too which I have solved with support of God. Yet someone led by ambition stopped when I educated them on the no delete solution, let them go.
Now let’s get complicated for the readers and high intelligence types only, this is not for everyone. Only for those who want to launch my new harm free capitalism sector and be trailblazer and money makers and leaders of this first never been launched jobs sector which includes new work at home “administrative” elections protections jobs I designed to benefit Georgians. Plus lots more, plus more to come as we gain traction, but the first phase is getting NAACP member Rep. Eric Bell and Chuck Payne to co-sponsor. Bell is a Democratic Party member, Payne is a Republican Party. Again, this must be a multi-party solution. Again, on this page “multi-party” is used interchangeably with “non-partisan.”
Point of clarification, as back up, my mom a democrat is lobbying Senator Davenport for a feasibility study just incase the assembly does not know enough yet. I am available starting on January 15, 2028 to serve as a paid expert consultant on that study if necessary, but as you will learn soon, duty calls me to something higher now.
So let’s continue:
Now that the ambitious are gone, know this they have no true depth of knowledge of the sacrifices I made for my country nor what else I have not shared. They don’t know cryptography like me — they have not been trained by federal schools as I have. What I say publicly will never allow anyone to cost effectively secure the Georgia voting system and their remedies will lead to you paying higher taxes.
One of my companies operate a business training network which empowers software and hardware designers to learn all the true and correct fixes, and of course that cost. This is how you learn what I know, and earn if this proposal becomes law. To learn of the certification course ready out to my staff at Daniel Davenport Enterprises.
By the time you all read this — I will no longer be leading this initiative. Like the original Satoshi Nakamoto, moved on, again, I must move on. This time to a more important nuclear protections lobbying initiative. On this website you will see past archived correspondence between myself and multi-party leaders such as Ricky Hess Republican leader of Congress District 14, and Debbie Wnukowski Democrat Congress District 13. District 14 and District 13 are neighbors for a reason — so why are they______________________?
(You will figure out what goes in that blank later)
If you want to get involved find a name on the page and serve THEM AS YOU SERVE MY GOD and if … by then (in the future) the new governor [ today is October 3, 2026 ] has not signed my bill with atleast 80% parity of the original proposal which is archived on the web, you must move from sidekick to hero, and finish my work. I DON’T MIND IF THEY CHANGE THE NAME JUST GET IT DONE.
Please refer to the last email I sent … if things work as I predict you will have that email in your records when you need it. That is the one where Essence Johnson essence@cobbdemocrats.org was cc’ed by Eileen. responded and she was cc’ed again plus I added others.
This non political internationally known tech guy can build you all your solution: God connected us by chance at the Georgia capitol. He helped me without me requesting. Basically I was filming at an odd angle due to limitation in seating, he politely extended his hand — no words, I read the signal. I released my phone into his extended hand, and he flawless go the shots I could not at a better angle. There is a lesson in that.
It’s important that you all stay united under the leadership of Bob Johnson, Ricky Hess, and Chase Oliver. Each was appointed by me to work with the multi-party sponsors. Ricky Hess is a Republican. Bob Johnson is a Democrat. Chase Oliver is an independent. If either betrays the cause, or refuses to take the actions they already know how to take to make this happen — then forgive them, and step up. Chase Oliver is the independent leader. Not the Caucasian Chase Oliver who ran for President — the African American Chase Oliver. All three have what it takes to get sponsorship. Bring all non-partisan groups to the table. With this started, I can now can go on to my next objective in the field of Nuclear Protections. You may not be able to connect the dots between a nuclear protections leader and Rocket security hero’s interest in voting rights, elections integrity, and elections protections and that is okay.
Some of you can not connect the dots either between your wife’s “male best friend”, her late nights, you being sent to voicemail and the STD you may have acquired. Yeah she was cheating on you for a while now. 🥺😳🥺🥺🥺
Cheating is serious. It happens to me before, and broke my heart. God healed that too, and I am not that man anymore. So go stop the cheating, and create lots of jobs for the liberty patriots along the way.
Furthermore…
So just because you do not see the connection now, that does not mean there is not a connection which will be explained in the future to you or the world. On this site, multi-party is used interchangeably with non-partisan.
My new design mechanics theory led to something more advance than super intelligence — you heard it here first — it’s called OI. It will publish more on key dates when you need the information from my hidden data repositories online. Don’t work to hard, and beware of infiltrators who will come to stop your multiparty work — Georgian’s in all parties must unite — or something bad is going to happen, and I won’t be able to save you all this time. God bless you, remember heroes like me are not born. We are made … decision, by decision. Love, love by love. Love bravery, love fairness: Think Fair.
Important Civic Education links — you must take time to learn what we know before you criticize what we are doing. Plus know there is more our business leaders know that they will not release because their IP for the solutions is protected IP they need to protect to earn and compete in the new harm-free capital industry I have designed this proposal to create for benefit of Georgian citizens. So learn, but realize you still will never know everything unless you are in the business of elections protections — which I am not actually in. I am in the business of nuclear protections. Yet, what I know for securing missiles can also be used to secure and verify votes with technology we have been using at the White House since Otha Thornton was there — he will vouch for the TimeStamping technology we have there, but here we used unclassified version. I would be wrong to use the exact tech we use in nuclear security missions in this capacity, and even more wrong to teach that to the public, because as always foreign enemies are scrapping the unclassified internet for our vulnerabilities. That is why I built the BCSN, and some of you have access to it there, but still we do not release nuclear security secrets or anything that could be reverse engineered or extrapolated to shoot ourselves in the foot in the area of nuclear protections.

Before I go, I will also explain how a lot of this works. I know it’s different, but different does not mean bad. We are all sharing the labor. If you want to money outcomes, and jobs you work to the goal. What would help is if someone who comes after me who knows how to put these things in Wikipedia comes along and does that to polish up the work. As we Phi Beta Sigma brothers in the spirit of John Lewis say: that would help speed our cause along.

Education Blurb: So why does this work? Currently, many of our leaders get voted in. Then we email and lobby them, and the refuse to respond unless we are making huge campaign donations. That is patently wrong, good legislative proposal deserve review and improvement by the legislator’s legislative aid or aids. Unfortunately, many of you reading this do not have as much experience as me on the federal and state lobbying initiative side. Therefore, they smile in your face attend your events, and get rich behind the scenes on campaign donations which can be used at times for candidates personal expenditures and more all lawfully. I do not like that they do not respond, I do not mind that they are getting paid to work. In my opinion, they are under paid, but that is a different story. The point is with this legislation designed to bring almost $980 million in business to Georgia we can not afford status quo organizing tactics while our cousins, nephews, nieces, and children are underpaid in tech jobs, or other key jobs. We have already named key employers with fair payment rates, and now its time for the legislators to do their part — and if necessary request money from Trump to fund this. We send how much to the federal government each year? Never forget they are central government. We are the states, and we give them power, and gave them power. They do not even control Presidential elections anywhere — states do. So learn how our government works before you criticize it, and if you are new to these matters just get to work, based on the instructions, and tasks, released on this page.
Right now, all Republican party members in our network, should be lobbying the republican names and asking them to co-sponsor this. Right now, all Democratic party members in our network should be lobbying the democratic names and asking them to co-sponsor this. This must be a multi-party bill. Meaning it must go from a multi-party idea designed by a multi-party coalition, to a real bill with a bill number. Until you see that press release from the co-sponsors the most urgent task is educating your subnetwork, and organizing them for phone banking. Keep calling, and writing letters, and keep asking until they are on the record saying No… remember we will not take no for an answer. What does that last sentence mean? Remember context matters. If the four names refuse on the record, next take it to the news… give them time to reconsider. Organize with JuneteenthAtl.com , Bob Johnson, and Attorney Maluwi Davis a march on the capitol! A pair of legislators — one from the democratic party, and one from the republican party will step up eventually — if those who I have entrusted to this betray our community. So have faith, be nice, and peacebuild. Save your energy, and after the rally, if they do not change their minds — move on. How many options do we have for co-sponsors?
You all should have a notebook with every name in the assembly, and you should be calling both sides daily to request the sponsorship. Just to clarify, this cost no money. We are not asking them to donate to us — as in the case of a Coca Cola sponsorship. In legislative context, it’s just means they will be the spokesperson or face or we the people — and they will represent the sentences we want codified into law and signed by the governor to the assembly.
So, get educated, because if this proposal for a bill goes nowhere it’s on you. Yes, you. I have done my part. Now you are the hero. Action. I am moving on to another legislative initiative pertaining to nuclear protections, and if that legislation is not started —- there will be no jobs for anyone, because our defense vulnerabilities will go unresolved and eventually…. you imagine what happens when a state has nuclear missile vulnerabilities unresolved.
You believe what you want, but if I was you, I would get busy bringing this money into my community for 159 counties, and start meeting with the players who have been mentioned and serving their needs for my God ethically, as aforementioned. Don’t worry, about me — do your labor for the cause. I’m likely somewhere working! Working for my God, or recovering from a long stint of workdays or work hours. That’s All Folks!
Again, this is the landing page.

Project 2035 | OTF (FD 2035) update
Force Design 2035: A Georgia Election Security & Technology Jobs Initiative
The Daniel Davenport Enterprises Election Security Georgia Job and Information Technology (IT) Industry Bill of 2026
Formerly known as the “Daniel Davenport Election Security Bill of 2026.”
Learn more about federal OTF | Force Design 2035 here
Parcel-19 is a new elections protection hardware for Georgia elections infrastructure developed by an African American US signal corps graduate for securing US American made hardware from outsider cyber attacks. Georgia’s election infrastructure is increasingly dependent on technology, cybersecurity, voter-data systems, equipment, auditing, and trained personnel which needs parcel-19 interoperability for increasing voter confidence, and ensure votes can not be deleted. At the same time, recent public discussion has highlighted ignorance to the technologies power. Despite this concerns involving ballot secrecy, voter privacy, cybersecurity, and the ability of election systems to withstand emerging technological threats are being reported by the NAACP. The NAACP is rolling out Elections Protections solutions for benefit of all persons. These are not black, white, democrat, independent, or Republican solutions. These are national NAACP rollouts for benefit of the USA electorate in all parties. NAACP is a non-partisan group.
Georgia’s own election administration already employs technology specialists responsible for equipment testing, cybersecurity, audits, training, and chain-of-custody procedures.
Force Design 2035 proposes a long-term framework to bring those functions together through statewide modernization, workforce development, cybersecurity, auditable systems, and public education.
Why Georgia needs this legislation
The proposal is built around a straightforward principle:
Election security should create security, opportunity, and good jobs at the same time.
The bill would establish a five-year modernization framework covering all 159 Georgia counties, with an initial pilot followed by statewide expansion.
The proposal calls for investments in:
Election-security technology
Software engineering
Hardware engineering
Cybersecurity
Audit and verification systems
Secure communications infrastructure
Election-security workforce development
County-level education
Voter-data protection
Secure transportation and chain-of-custody systems
The proposal’s stated program cost is $927 million, including $400 million designated for proposed iBlackVote Technologies hardware assembly or for other approved vendors who can build equal capable hardware in Paulding and Polk Counties, $220 million for the law enforcement investments system, $120 million for software engineering, $90 million for hardware engineering, $75 million for testing and certification, and $22 million for the GeorgiaOne.info education and multi-party only canvassing program. This was designed with reverse game theory outputs to increase the Georgia Peace index.
A jobs-and-technology strategy
Force Design 2035 is not structured solely as an election-administration bill. It is also presented as an economic-development and workforce proposal.
The objective is to create opportunities for people working in:
Information technology → cybersecurity → manufacturing → engineering → transportation → auditing → education → technical support → county election operations.
That approach is particularly relevant because Georgia’s existing election-technology workforce already performs many of these functions, including equipment validation, technical assistance, cybersecurity initiatives, audits, compliance reviews, and chain-of-custody procedures.
Proposed legislative sponsor: Representative Eric Bell
The proposal identifies State Representative Eric Bell of District 75 as the representative targeted for sponsorship.
Georgia legislative records identify Eric Bell as a member of the Georgia House representing District 75, with committee assignments including Defense & Veterans Affairs, Human Relations & Aging, and Small Business Development. He has also sponsored legislation during the current legislative cycle.
The sponsorship request is intended to place the proposal before the Georgia General Assembly for legislative review, amendment, fiscal analysis, committee consideration, and public debate.
Voter protection is at the center
Force Design 2035 proposes safeguards against phishing, unauthorized access, misuse of voter information, and other cybersecurity threats. It also calls for million in law enforcement investments to ensure criminals can be caught who defraud Georgia of fair and verifiable elections.
It also calls for:
Required cybersecurity audits
Verifiable audit trails
Independent system checks
Non-sensitive public transparency
Secure handling of voter information
Tamper-evident procedures
Time-stamped custody records
Independent compliance reviews
These provisions are particularly relevant to current discussions about voter privacy. The NAACP has itself publicly emphasized the importance of protecting Georgia voters’ private information and election integrity.
The NAACP’s national policy materials also specifically identify enhancing election security as part of broader voting-rights and election-reform efforts.
NAACP leadership and the jobs component
The Davenport proposal is presented by its proponents as having support from NAACP leadership because of the jobs, technology, training, and economic opportunities it is intended to create for people across Georgia.
That support should be distinguished from the NAACP’s publicly documented national policy positions: the NAACP has publicly supported election-security improvements and has emphasized economic opportunity and inclusive economic growth.
Any formal endorsement or sponsorship by a particular NAACP official or organization should be documented separately before being represented as an official NAACP endorsement of this specific bill.
$22 million Bob Johnson led Georgia United education program
The proposal also establishes a $22 million Canvassing & Education Program. This is a uniquely developed program by Daniel Davenport Enterprises and you can learn of it at GeorgiaOne.info owned by Daniel Davenport Enterprises.
The stated purpose is not partisan campaigning. Section 12 expressly calls for:
No political bias.
Equal service to all voters.
Strict neutrality.
The proposed workforce would educate communities about:
Phishing
Election-security threats
Voter-data protection
Basic cybersecurity awareness
Election procedures
Available voter resources
The proposal describes this workforce as an Election Security Ambassador program.
Secure transportation and chain of custody
Another component would establish a law-enforcement-supported election transportation program or an approved civilian courier force operating under state standards.
The proposed system would cover:
Ballots → ballot containers → voting equipment → secure media → sensitive election materials.
Every transfer would be documented through:
Verified custody logs
Time-stamped tracking
Tamper-evident procedures
Verification-system integration
Audit-ready records
The intent is to make the movement of election materials documentable and independently reviewable without exposing sensitive voter information.
The Force Design 2035 vision
The proposal therefore connects four objectives:
SECURE VOTES
Protect election infrastructure and voter information.
MODERN SYSTEMS
Build auditable, interoperable technology for Georgia’s counties.
GOOD JOBS
Create engineering, manufacturing, cybersecurity, education, transportation, and technical-support opportunities.
PUBLIC TRUST
Give voters and election officials better tools for verification, auditing, education, and transparency.
Force Design 2035 is ultimately proposed as a statewide modernization framework—not simply an election bill.
Its central question is:
Can Georgia protect its elections while simultaneously building a new technology and workforce industry that creates opportunities for people in every community?
The Davenport proposal answers that question by proposing a five-year, 159-county modernization program with a stated $927 million investment framework, beginning with pilot counties and moving toward statewide deployment.
Meet Daniel Davenport: The First Georgian to Implement a New Canvassing Strategy as a Solution to Racism
Get Out and Vote Canvassing: Georgia United Expands Its Market with New Multi-party Canvassing/Door Knocking Approaches Based On Improved Win At the Door Methodologies
Daniel Davenport Proposes to Bob Johnson Strategic Changes in Voter Outreach to Increase Fairness to Indigenous Persons of All Political Parties and to Advance Canvassing Revenue
This proposal was authored by Ai owned by Parcel-19 Creator Daniel Davenport owner of Daniel Davenport Enterprises Strategic Proposal to Bob Johnson
Expanding the Georgia Canvassing Market to Increase Indigenous Power
Executive Summary
Daniel proposes that after the Governor’s election of 2026, Bob Johnson and the Georgia United canvassing operation expand beyond Democratic-leaning households and develop a multi-partisan, high-quality household outreach model across Georgia.
A broader model would allow the organization to serve Democratic-leaning, Republican-leaning, and Independent/non-partisan households while maintaining consistent standards for data quality, canvasser training, documentation, privacy, and reporting.
Daniel argues that this structure could produce less partisan canvassing, less destruction of opponent literature, and less cost to taxpayers to be educated on candidates because ultimately taxpayers fund candidate education through donation, or state or federal Get Out and Vote funding — all which impacts the taxpayers pockets. In addition, he contests, more genuine conversation, and more honest candidate discussion would happen at doors with his reverse game theory designed — proposed to create a more peaceful society, where all persons have an increased likelihood of achieving the American dream, and moving from rags to riches.
In addition, he argues that he and Bob Johnson would be more profitable as VoteFest organizers, and public civic educators if they served all political parties in Georgia. Davenport cites an increasing number of indigenous persons joining the Republican Party to change the racist values and make it a place for blacks and whites.
Daniel cites:
“Segregation ended, but it’s still taboo to be an indigenous Republican. That is stupid, and we must lead Change. Why? Because change brings more changes to our pockets, and to the pockets of our constituents. Ultimately we must respect the voter’s free will to decide and reframe our business model to that end, in lieu of excluding a very large base of households which we can earn door knocking dollars at, while advocating for pro-indigenous policies to those Republican householders.”
Polls show an increasing number of indigenous people are exploring the Republican Party, with thoughts that they can eventually operate both parties and lead policies and candidate recruitment which is pro-indigenous. Daniel explains that at one time there was only indigenous persons on select sports teams, but once the invisible barrier was removed, more indigenous households were impacted by the expanded market of earnings opportunities. Daniel says the same outcome will occur benefiting the indigenous community if they divide and conquer and begin occupying all parties with equal or balanced representation. As of now there is an unbalanced number of indigenous people in the democratic party leading to an unbalanced advocacy for indigenous persons by one party. Whereas some think this is good, Davenport points out this is the heart of the 21st Century American political gridlock and it will be overcome easily once the indigenous people go out explore the Republican Party, and contribute in a way, which allows them to take ownership of the party. Thus with indigenous leaders doing legislative deals for their communities on both sides of the aisle Davenport argues everyone will win more.
When canvassers are not approaching voters as opponents to be defeated, but as neighbors to be informed, voters may be more willing to ask questions, compare proposals, and discuss candidates without feeling pressured or insulted.
The objective is not to tell voters what political position to adopt. The objective is to build an outreach infrastructure capable of reaching the entire political marketplace while creating conditions for fair, respectful, and substantive civic education.
Daniel believes that reducing partisan tension can make voter education more effective. More effective education can increase the depth of public knowledge, including awareness of how tri-partisan coalitions can help pass legislation during an era of gridlock.
He argues that Georgia and the United States are harmed when status quo Republican and status quo Democratic talking points reduce complex policy questions to partisan conflict, especially when political leaders describe opposing party bases with negative or demeaning labels. Daniel rejects that form of bully politics and proposes what he calls harm-free reverse game theory organizing: a strategy in which cooperation, balanced information, and respectful engagement become politically advantageous.
Under this model, Democratic organizer Bob Johnson and Republican organizer Daniel Davenport would help develop two-person canvassing teams composed of one Democrat and one Republican. Each team would knock on doors together and provide balanced civic education, allowing voters to hear competing perspectives in the same conversation rather than receiving isolated partisan messages.
The intended result is a canvassing experience that is more satisfactory, less invasive, less confusing, and less disrespectful to Georgia’s electorate. Daniel Davenport was the first indigenous person to ever visualize such a power strategy designed to benefit the community as a whole, and not just community members in the democratic party. He argues alienating Republican indigenous persons is reciprocating slave master hatred and it’s a competitive war which harms the whole community. He argues as indigenous people who have already been highly persecuted they should divide and conquer by splitting numbers more evenly and thus having an impact on candidate and policies because all it takes is paying Republican Party dues, becoming a respected leader, and being appointed as a delegate. Once more indigenous persons are delegates in the Republican Party they can oppose Republican presidential candidates who are racist or work against their self interest — inevitably stopping them from winning the Republican Party nomination and thus never having to see racist candidates in either party on the presidential or local ballots.
1. The Market Problem
A canvassing organization that primarily serves one partisan market has a natural ceiling on its revenue opportunity.
If the available contract market is limited to Democratic households, then Republican and Independent households effectively become unserved market segments from the company’s perspective.
That creates a forecasting problem.
The question should not simply be:
“How many Democratic households can we reach?”
The larger business question Daniel proposes is:
“How many Georgia households can we provide high-quality, professionally managed, and politically balanced outreach services so we can win as many householdsq as possible over to the cause of protecting indigenous persons, and advocating for our rights?”
Georgia’s voter universe is considerably larger than five million registrations. The Secretary of State reported nearly 7.9 million voter registrations in 2026. Meanwhile, more than 5.29 million Georgians voted in the 2024 general election. (Georgia Secretary of State)
Consequently, a five-million-household planning assumption can be useful as a conservative initial market model, but it should not be represented as the state’s total registered-voter population. With the model designed to pay one dollar directly to checking accounts of unit presidents, they have created a flywheel which incentives non-partisan civic leaders to spend knock at the door budgets with their unique model which at this time is available no where else in the U.S., based on independent research. This creates an collaborative opportunity to build wealth for unit members who typically are volunteers, and build wealth for the company, and serve the public more fairly, while reducing animosity long term via the public role model which occurs when the red shirt republicans and blue shirt democrats knock doors side by side.
The broader opportunity is both economic and civic:
More households can be reached.
More local residents can be employed.
More voters can receive direct information.
More candidates can be discussed in a less hostile environment.
More voters can compare competing ideas without being forced into a partisan identity.
More Georgians can learn how coalition-building works across party lines.
The challenge is unit leaders have to self-reflect to determine if they are truly non-partisan. Some unit members have been suspected as partisan infiltrators only wanting to build up one party and tear down the other — and sometimes using racist talking points is their way to stir up trauma in indigenous people to the ending benefits of the infiltrators.
Davenport argues “It really comes down to my view of God. God grants free will. God does not decide the democrat party is better than the Republican Party, we are the ones who do that, and it’s about time we stop, and take access to both two party vehicles. Instead of spending millions earning ballot access with new parties, or by backing candidates with no experience in either party — we should be following my plan and getting wealthy faster, while other argue, because sooner or later someone else is going to figure out what I did — this works — it makes headlines — there is a demand for it — and it’s more profitable to unit members, and more fair to their members who are non-partisan — which means unit members occupy both republican and democrat party.
2. The $1-per-Household Opportunity
Assume the company negotiates contracts at:
$1 per completed household outreach
and structures each contract in:
500,000-household batches.
That produces:
Contract Size
Households
Revenue @ $1/Household
Batch 1
500,000
$500,000
Batch 2
500,000
$500,000
Batch 3
500,000
$500,000
Batch 4
500,000
$500,000
Batch 5
500,000
$500,000
Batch 6
500,000
$500,000
Batch 7
500,000
$500,000
Batch 8
500,000
$500,000
Batch 9
500,000
$500,000
Batch 10
500,000
$500,000
Total
5,000,000
$5,000,000
Under that simplified five-million-household planning model, the potential gross contract value is therefore $5 million.
The important point is that the $5 million figure does not depend on persuading anyone. It depends on the organization being capable of delivering contracted outreach services across the market.
The proposed two-person model could also create a more valuable service. A client would not merely be purchasing contact with a household. The client could be purchasing a structured civic conversation designed to be:
Accurate
Balanced
Respectful
Transparent
Non-threatening
Responsive to voter questions
Less dependent on partisan slogans
3. The Difference Between a Single-Market and Multi-Market Forecast
Consider two models.
Model A — Single-Partisan Market
If the organization primarily accepts contracts addressing Democratic-leaning households, its theoretical ceiling is determined by the size and purchasing demand of that market.
For example:
500,000 households × $1 = $500,000
Five comparable contracts would produce:
5 × $500,000 = $2.5 million
That is a substantial business, but it represents only one portion of the potential statewide market.
It also limits the range of conversations the organization can facilitate. Voters who identify as Republican or Independent may be less likely to engage with a canvassing operation they perceive as representing only one side.
Model B — Multi-Partisan Market
Under Daniel’s proposed expansion, the company could potentially pursue contracts covering:
Democratic-leaning households
Republican-leaning households
Independent/non-partisan households
Mixed-party households
Households with low or inconsistent political participation
At the same $1-per-household rate, every additional 500,000-household contract adds another:
$500,000 in gross contract revenue.
Ten 500,000-household contracts would therefore represent:
$5 million in gross contracted outreach value.
The distinction is not ideological.
It is market segmentation combined with civic trust-building.
A multi-partisan model may also reduce the perception that canvassers are visiting only to deliver a predetermined partisan message. When a Democrat and a Republican appear together, voters may be more willing to ask questions about both candidates and policies.
4. Why Republican Markets Matter to the Business Forecast
Daniel’s proposal is that Bob should not view Republican households as an opposing market.
He should view them as an additional customer and service market.
Georgia’s political environment is not static. The Secretary of State’s election-data system provides turnout information that can be filtered by Republican, Democratic, and non-partisan ballot selection, illustrating the practical value of understanding different participation patterns. (Georgia Secretary of State)
For Georgia United — a for profit canvassing and civic education company, this creates an opportunity to develop a field operation that can serve organizations seeking legitimate outreach to different portions of the electorate.
Instead of saying:
“Our market is Democratic voters.”
the company could say:
“Our market is Georgia households requiring professional, balanced civic and political outreach services.”
That is a much larger business proposition.
It also creates a stronger foundation for candidate discussion. A voter may be more receptive when the canvassing team acknowledges that reasonable people can disagree, explains where candidates differ, and avoids treating disagreement as evidence of moral failure.
5. Why Lowering Partisan Tension Could Improve Voter Education
Daniel argues that removing unnecessary tension from political outreach can make voter education more effective.
This does not mean eliminating disagreement. Democracy requires disagreement. It means separating disagreement from humiliation, intimidation, personal insult, and deliberate confusion.
A less confrontational conversation can allow voters to:
Ask follow-up questions.
Admit uncertainty.
Compare policy proposals.
Distinguish facts from campaign rhetoric.
Discuss candidates without defending their personal identity.
Consider coalition-based solutions.
Change their minds without feeling defeated.
Research on political communication supports the importance of respectful engagement. A 2019 study published in Nature found that conversations across political differences can reduce partisan animosity when they are structured around personal experiences and respectful exchange rather than attacks. (Broockman and Kalla, Nature, 2019)
Similarly, Pew Research Center polling has repeatedly found that Americans are concerned about political division and negative campaigning. In a 2022 survey, 65% of Americans said they always or often feel exhausted when thinking about politics, while 55% said they often feel angry. (Pew Research Center, 2022)
Pew has also found that large majorities of Americans believe political debate has become less respectful. In a 2023 survey, 65% of Americans said the tone of political debate had become more negative. (Pew Research Center, 2023)
These findings do not prove that every bipartisan canvassing conversation will be successful. They do suggest that many voters are dissatisfied with political communication dominated by anger, exhaustion, and disrespect. Davenport also says two person groups could even be extended to three person groups to ensure the independent viewpoint is brought to the door of all 159 counties in which Georgia United currently supports. Daniel’s proposal responds to that dissatisfaction by making respectful, balanced conversation part of the service itself.
6. The Problem with Bully Politics and Negative Partisan Labeling
Daniel argues that politicians who use insulting labels against opposing party bases are wrong because they sow division that negatively affects the average American.
Political leaders sometimes describe opposing voters as stupid, evil, dangerous, un-American, ignorant, or otherwise morally defective. Such language may energize a political base, but it can also make cooperation more difficult and encourage voters to treat neighbors as enemies.
Research on affective polarization shows that Americans increasingly dislike and distrust members of the opposing party. The Pew Research Center has documented substantial increases in negative feelings toward the opposing party over recent decades. (Pew Research Center, 2022)
A 2022 report from the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg Public Policy Center found that many Americans believe political disagreement has become a threat to the country’s ability to solve problems. (Annenberg Public Policy Center, 2022)
The practical consequences can include:
Reduced willingness to listen.
Lower trust in public institutions.
Greater suspicion of factual information from opposing sources.
Less willingness to compromise.
More political avoidance.
More hostility between neighbors, coworkers, and family members.
Greater difficulty passing legislation that requires cross-party support.
Daniel’s position is that political leaders should compete over ideas without degrading the people who support opposing candidates.
He rejects the assumption that humiliating the opposing base is an acceptable substitute for persuasion.
He also rejects the idea that political victory requires permanent social hostility.
7. Tri-Partisan Coalitions and the Possibility of Legislative Cooperation
Daniel argues that voters should learn more about tri-partisan coalitions.
A tri-partisan coalition is not necessarily a formal political party. It is a working coalition that includes:
Democrats
Republicans
Independents or non-partisan participants
Such coalitions can be especially important when legislation requires support beyond a single party or when elected officials must respond to local concerns that do not fit neatly into national party platforms. Daniel cited Dr. William Barber II as a key influencer on his new reverse game theory strategy, inspired by an organizing movement Dr. Barber coined “fusion coalitions.”
Examples of cross-party or multi-party cooperation have occurred in areas such as:
Infrastructure investment
Veterans’ services
Criminal-justice reform
Rural broadband
Disaster response
Public-health preparedness
Election administration
Local economic development
At the federal level, the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act passed with support from both Democratic and Republican members of Congress. The CHIPS and Science Act also received bipartisan support. These examples do not mean that bipartisan cooperation is always easy or that every coalition produces ideal legislation. They demonstrate that cross-party agreement remains possible even during periods of intense polarization.
As a veteran, Daniel argues that he knows from experience policy making is easier when there is a balanced representation of all identities in each of the two major parties, voters should understand this possibility rather than assuming that every political issue must be treated as a permanent partisan war.
A canvassing conversation that includes both a Democrat and a Republican and maybe even an independent could explain:
Where the parties disagree.
Where candidates agree.
Which proposals require coalition support.
How legislative procedures affect outcomes.
Why compromise can be different from surrender.
How voters can evaluate whether a coalition is principled or merely symbolic.
This depth of knowledge could help more Georgians understand how effective coalitions can pass laws during an era of gridlock. Daniel also has launched a new training module on ChristianPeacebuilding.com to prepare and certify 15-17 years in this new methodology.
“My goal is to focus on the students, and provide them good paying canvassing jobs. They have no experience with voting, and can not vote until 18. So one they are not biased, and two, I am building a pipeline of voters and future adult tri-partisan canvassers, candidate recruiters, and eventually tri-partisan policy makers. Our children are our hope, and tomorrow's future will be better because of what we have decided to do today, by not just hoarding our findings but releasing this artifact to the world. Now anyone can debate the merits of my research, and anyone can reach out to my team via ChristianPeaceBuidling.com and learn how to establish new businesses in this new market, and get certified by me.”
8. Harm-Free Reverse Game Theory Organizing
Daniel describes his proposed approach as harm-free reverse game theory organizing.
The concept is that political actors often assume that conflict, fear, and negative labeling are the most effective ways to motivate their bases. Daniel proposes reversing that incentive structure.
Instead of rewarding:
Insults
Threats
Deliberate confusion
Partisan humiliation
Evasive answers
Exaggerated claims
Permanent outrage
the organizing model would reward:
Accuracy
Respect
Transparency
Cross-party cooperation
Direct answers
Acknowledgment of uncertainty
Fair representation of opposing views
Voter understanding
The “reverse” element is the attempt to make cooperation and respectful conduct strategically valuable.
The “harm-free” element means that the organizing model should avoid coercion, intimidation, harassment, deception, and targeted emotional manipulation. This is how Daniel proposes his student led movement is doing their party to end political bullying.
The goal is not to remove political competition. The goal is to make competition less destructive.
Under this model, a canvassing team would not tell voters that one party is inherently evil or that every member of the opposing party is dangerous. Instead, the team would explain the candidates’ positions, identify areas of disagreement, acknowledge areas of agreement, and allow voters to make their own decisions.
9. The Proposed Two-Person Canvassing Teams (Maybe three if independents are included)
Daniel proposes two-person teams composed of:
One Democrat
One Republican
Each team would knock on doors together and provide balanced civic education.
The purpose is not to force the two canvassers to agree. The purpose is to demonstrate that disagreement can occur without hostility. A pilot was conducted during the 2026 primaries by an independent research group paid by the Davenport family, and deemed very successful in reducing political tension in the neighborhood.
A team might follow a structured conversation:
Step 1 — Introduce the Team
The canvassers identify themselves by name and political affiliation and explain that they are working together to provide balanced information.
Step 2 — Ask Permission
The team asks whether the resident is willing to have a brief civic conversation.
Step 3 — Identify the Voter’s Questions
Rather than beginning with a scripted attack, the canvassers ask what issues matter most to the household.
Step 4 — Present Candidate Differences
Each canvasser explains the relevant candidate’s position accurately and allows the other canvasser to explain the opposing position.
Step 5 — Identify Areas of Agreement
The team explains where candidates or parties may share goals, even if they differ on methods.
Step 6 — Discuss Coalition Possibilities
The canvassers explain which proposals may require bipartisan or tri-partisan support.
Step 7 — Invite Questions
The voter is encouraged to ask questions without being mocked, pressured, or treated as uninformed.
Step 8 — Provide Neutral Follow-Up Information
The team provides official election resources and clearly identifies any campaign, organization, or client funding the outreach.
This structure could make the conversation more satisfactory, less evasive, less confusing, and less disrespectful to the electorate.
Candidate Academy Roll Out — 2028-2035
In addition, Daniel announced ChristianPeacebuilding.com will certify those interested in becoming Georgia legislatures in his peacebuilding methodology, for the purposes of expediting the impact of his approaches on the peacefulness of Georgia politics which was historically racist as a result of Georgia opposing the elimination of human trafficking whereas the majority of the trafficking victims were non-whites. Daniel argues it’s time to truly heal, and to heal we have to do it door by door with republicans, independents, and democrats strategizing together for a common goal of increased peace, increase civic education satisfaction, and increased wealth by for profit canvassing companies which adopt his certified approaches. His structure could make the conversation more satisfactory, less evasive, less confusing, and less disrespectful to the electorate.
10. Standards for Fair and Balanced Civic Education
The two-person model (or three if an independent is paid for by the unit to join the two person team) would require clear operating standards.
The same expectations should apply to every household regardless of political identification.
Those standards should include:
Accurate candidate descriptions.
No intentional misrepresentation.
No personal insults.
No intimidation.
No pressure to disclose a vote.
No false claims about voting eligibility or procedures.
Clear identification of the sponsoring organization.
Respect for requests not to engage.
Protection of voter data.
Documentation of completed outreach.
Supervisor review.
A process for correcting errors.
Training in de-escalation.
Training in respectful disagreement.
Compliance with applicable election and campaign-finance laws.
Balanced education does not require pretending that all claims are equally credible. It requires presenting relevant information honestly, distinguishing verified facts from opinions, and giving voters enough context to evaluate competing arguments.
The services Daniel offers are neutral and only offered to non-partisan advocacy groups seeking to spend Get Out and Vote dollars.
11. The Indigenous Power Argument
The economic argument is only one part of Daniel’s proposal.
The larger objective is indigenous power.
Indigenous power, in this context, means developing the capacity of people and organizations already operating within Georgia to own and manage more of the civic-outreach infrastructure themselves.
That means:
Georgia-based canvassers
Georgia-based field managers
Georgia-based training
Georgia-based data operations
Georgia-based quality-control systems
Georgia-based contracting
Georgia-based revenue
Georgia-based community relationships
Georgia-based cross-party civic partnerships
Daniel argues there is too much outsider influence in Georgia politics and he cites the regular 202 sms messages he receives from Washington DC stirring conflict and hate between opposing party candidates, while begging Georgia to contribute millions each election cycle to fund the hate. Daniel says his new structures are a reality reinforcer to peace, and the approaches have grown out of his 2016 synthesis paper on economic racism and reality reinforcer (RR) presented to key university officials at Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley California. There he earned his masters in Theological studies with various emphasis. Instead of merely participating in political campaigns as temporary labor, local residents could become part of a professional civic-outreach industry which promotes peace. Daniel calls this a new harm-free civic education sector which he estimates is valued in the trillions in market growth potential over the next 50 years,
The bulk of the money will go to the newest certified leaders of his approaches and the economic value remains inside the communities performing the work.
The civic value also remains local. Georgia residents would be educating Georgia residents about Georgia elections, Georgia candidates, and Georgia legislative priorities.
12. The Proposed Partnership
Daniel proposes that he and Bob Johnson explore a joint expansion strategy with four objectives.
Objective 1 — Expand the Addressable Market
Bob Johnson must move from a primarily Democratic-oriented canvassing market, and he a Republican must move from a primarily Republican-oriented canvassing market to a true tri-partisan or multi-partisan household outreach platform.
Objective 2 — Standardize Quality
Develop one professional standard for every household regardless of political identification.
The same expectations should apply to:
Canvasser conduct
Data accuracy
Documentation
Training
Privacy
Reporting
Supervisor review
Payment verification
Contract completion
Disclosure of sponsorship
Respectful treatment of voters
Objective 3 — Sell 500,000-Household Contracts
Build the operation around standardized contract units.
One contract = 500,000 households = $500,000 at $1 per household with additional add on cost for lit drops, video message delivery, and testimonials. Plus additional cost if the client was a third independent canvasser on the trails.
This makes the revenue forecast easier to communicate to potential clients and investors.
Objective 4 — Build Indigenous Economic Capacity
Use the expanded contract base to create more local field-management jobs, training opportunities, technology requirements, and business revenue.
The two-person or three-person model could also become a distinctive product:
“Balanced, cross-party household outreach delivered by trained Democratic-Republican-Independent teams.”
That service could appeal to campaigns, civic organizations, foundations, public-interest groups, and other clients seeking higher-quality voter education.
13. A More Complete Revenue Forecast
A practical planning model could look like this:
Market Segment
Example Contract Volume
Gross Revenue
Democratic-leaning
2 × 500K
$1,000,000
Republican-leaning
2 × 500K
$1,000,000
Independent/non-partisan
2 × 500K
$1,000,000
Additional statewide contracts
4 × 500K
$2,000,000
Potential modeled total
10 × 500K
$5,000,000
This is a scenario, not a guaranteed forecast. Daniel hopes this would allow Georgia United to out compete status quo canvassers who used more conflict based models designed on a politics of fear as mentioned by President Obama, and thus it would actually help drain the swamp as originally argued for by President Trump during his 2015 candidacy for President. Actual revenue would depend on contracts obtained, eligible addresses, scope of work, completion rates, pricing, expenses, and applicable campaign-finance and election laws.
The central financial insight remains straightforward:
Every additional 500,000-household contract at $1 per household represents $500,000 of gross contract revenue.
The civic value may also increase if the service is differentiated by quality. A client may be willing to pay for outreach that produces not only contact numbers, but also:
Better voter understanding.
More complete documentation.
Fewer complaints.
Higher trust.
More respectful interactions.
More accurate issue feedback.
Greater willingness to engage with future civic outreach.
14. The Strategic Difference
The existing model can be understood as:
One political market → one customer pool → limited contract opportunities.
Daniel’s proposed model is:
Multiple political markets → multiple customer pools → broader contract opportunities → more balanced civic education.
That transformation could change Georgia United’s business identity from a specialized partisan canvassing provider into a Georgia-based professional field-outreach company capable of serving multiple types of civic and political organizations.
That distinction matters.
A company does not have to agree with every organization it serves in order to provide a professional service.
Its competitive advantage can instead be:
“We reach the households our client needs reached, professionally, accurately, transparently, and according to contract.”
The two-person Democratic-Republican model or three person tri-partisan model henceforth referenced as multi-party model adds another competitive advantage:
“We help voters hear competing perspectives in the same conversation without treating disagreement as disrespect.”
Daniel is the veteran and first civic educator in the United States to champion such a visionary approach and provide a training pipeline to that end.
15. The Proposal to Bob Johnson
Daniel is therefore proposing that Bob consider expanding the business rather than narrowing its opportunity.
The proposal is to further test the Republican and Independent markets alongside the existing Democratic market after the governor’s race in 2026, and therefore measure actual demand, establish standardized pricing, and determine whether the additional markets can produce profitable contracts without compromising the organization’s existing relationships or mission.
The goal is not to abandon Georgia United’s existing market.
The goal is to add markets to it.
Daniel also proposes Georgia United should build on his testing with the multi-party canvassing models in selected additional Georgia communities before attempting statewide implementation.
A pilot program could measure:
Door-to-door contact rates.
Conversation length.
Voter satisfaction.
Complaint rates.
Follow-up requests.
Accuracy of voter understanding.
Willingness to engage with opposing viewpoints.
Canvasser retention.
Cost per completed household.
Client satisfaction.
Whether voters report the conversation as less confusing or disrespectful.
The pilot should use independent evaluation where possible. Claims that the model is more effective should be tested rather than assumed. He also argues Representative Bell, and Senator Chuck Payne would be behind voting for a state assembly policy which funds Georgia United as a sole source contractor for such additional testing. Representative Bell, a NAACP leader, is a Democrat, Senator Payne a supporter of veterans, is a Republican. The outcome would be more wealth for Georgia United private stockholders, and Daniel argues this would increase the value of the Georgia United e-currency which backs the company's value.
If the organization can successfully execute 500,000-household contracts across multiple segments, then the economic opportunity grows with every additional contract.
At $1 per household:
500,000 households = $500,000
1,000,000 households = $1 million
2,500,000 households = $2.5 million
5,000,000 households = $5 million
And Georgia’s overall registered-voter universe is larger than the five-million planning assumption, meaning the five-million figure should be treated as a conservative business scenario rather than the full addressable universe. (Georgia Secretary of State)
Conclusion
Daniel’s proposal to Bob Johnson is ultimately about changing the question.
Instead of asking:
“How can we obtain more canvassing contracts from one party?”
the organization can ask:
“How can we build the professional infrastructure to serve all Georgia households in a way promoting indigenous values of acceptance, peace and freedom across the entire political marketplace while improving the quality of civic conversation?”
Currently Georgia United hosts the largest televised peace and freedom parade in the south east and they invite all party candidates to participate and buy floats and inflatables. That change could create a larger addressable market, more contract opportunities, more local employment, and greater control over the economic infrastructure surrounding civic outreach.
It could also create a different kind of political conversation.
Rather than rewarding bully politics, negative labeling, and permanent partisan conflict, the proposed model would reward accuracy, transparency, respectful disagreement, and coalition-building.
Daniel argues that Democrats and Republicans can compete without treating one another as enemies. He believes that multi-party teams composed of one Democrat and one Republican or an added independent can demonstrate this principle directly at the household level.
The proposed strategy is therefore:
Expand the market, standardize the service, sell in 500,000-household units, maintain equal quality standards across political segments, organize multi-party teams, provide balanced civic education, reject demeaning partisan rhetoric, and use the resulting economic activity to strengthen locally controlled civic capacity.
That is the business and civic case Daniel is asking Bob Johnson to consider.
O|I message released 1
From Davenport Law & Lobby to Georgia Senators Chuck Payne, and Senator Jason Anavitarte (Senate Majority Leader)
On behalf of Daniel Davenport Enterprises,
Davenport Law and Lobby Advocates for New Ballot Verification Services by DDE Certified Georgia Vendors — Tax Payers Cost Saving Presentation #0001-26 — LETS SAVE THE TAX PAYERS MONEY ON GOVT BALLOT VERIFICATION EXPENDITURES
Jason and Chuck, it is imperative that our party cooperates with the democrats who want to fund this solution.
Jason, I have already showed Chuck various patent pending documents from vendors and explained how we can secure these ballots in a manner which does not reveal taxpayer identity while solving all public identified problems by Fulton county and other commissions. Plus our engineers in the BCSN have found more to include what they are calling micro-elections interferences.
I lobbied Senator Blake Tillery for funding because that money is needed to mitigate the fake news which is causing “cells” of agitators to complain, disrupt, mislead, recruit, phish, and build false databases of voter information which is used in various schemes. For example, I have first hand accounts of the phishing schemes PAC America used to incentivize data collection, and that led to elections interference in the Georgia elections between Democrat Kamala Harris and our party’s winner President Donald Trump.
Yet this was not achieved because of lack of team work between the assembly members in opposition parties. That is bad. This reminds me of how the assembly failed to fund the needs of Paulding county and when certain equipment was needed Brandon Cunningham could not benefit from it. So I am stacking various request in this proposal for body cams, bearcat SUVS, law enforcement only elections interference equipment which I have designed for them to detect wireless interferences, and more for law enforcement training. The proposal which you have been sent, and which the public have already seen above on the decentralized organizing point — GeorgiaOne.info can be improved by you all — but let’s not cut from what it does for law enforcement. I am a Blue Lives Matter lobbyist, and this matters to Precinct’s, Sheriff offices, and more.
We need to equip all 159 counties with specific equipment that law enforcement needs or could need if a debate about the 2028 elections turns to riots. Chuck, I have told you already about my updates to DHS leader — and explained that Paulding and Polk specifically is being watched as a result of how things there could impact the Kings Bay Navy Base — exactly. I remember exactly where we were walking in the assembly when I shared that. Yet despite all the good we are wanting to do, even to include the no tax funding mechanism Jason has had in his inbox — still no denial or approval. This is unacceptable and this Republican status quo method of dragging the public and law enforcement along is problematic. I helped before ensure we — the thin blue line received benefits — and I told Governor Kemp — I am at it again, and after this proposal law enforcement needs even more. Do you all stand against the law enforcement lobby of Georgia?
Too often — it is members of our party putting fuel on a narratives which are not of Jesus or God.
Too many republicans are saying Democrats are _____ or ______ and filling the blanks with negatives. Then when my Mom a Democratic Party member lobbies and says she needs money to train people on ballot harvesting laws, and more — her funding is not authorized by my own Republican brothers. I do not like that.
So let’s look in the mirror, and be honest about if we are the problems. Chuck you know first hand God does not see color, and God does not see party. Too many republicans still want to fight with the Democratic Party. Jason, I have asked you to change how you tweet to my ends. Yet still too many of us are getting adrenaline rushes with disrespect towards our own Georgians. They are fighting with my Mom’s base. I’m not fighting with my Mom or her base — peace with them is possible, probable and profitable.
Now let’s continue law enforcement has to become couriers of our tabulation cards. Plus we need to hire more or contract third party vendors; we have already identified a list of vendors with security experiences who want these new jobs, if you all do not want to hire more law enforcement in Georgia. You have options.
Chuck— I already last session mentioned how you can use your committee status to pursuit federal funding. President Trump wants a state of emergency on elections based on passed messaging maybe he will change that too, but remember the FBI still has a list of faces and names they say interfered with the 2016 Presidential election. Read the disclaimer below or the faces closely. That is not Ai generated. So if Trump wants that, we can use that money to finally secure the vulnerabilities which occurred in the election in which he won. You each can get credit from bringing that funding into Georgia — but you all have to adhere to the narratives which opens Georgia up for such funding. As mentioned to Chuck DHS has funding options we qualify for — I know from my time working for national security missions. Collaboratively only with democrats can we yield the power to bring in federal dollars. This federal money will help secure our elections faults. Based on my team’s expert analysis and an independent review of the FBI’s 2016 claims of elections interference we have proof that — our elections were impacted in 2016, 2020, and 2024.
Instead of hiding the truth from the American public — Georgia must follow California. Google my past work in California — we have an history of excellence and that is what is offered to you each and to the Georgia state assembly, Secretary of State, and Governor. The goal, again is unlocking funding — if you all trust me to close the deals.
In addition, there is a three hour recorded call circulating of a Republican candidate in our own party claiming 2026 Special elections tampering in district 14. Are you both aware? Are we launching a commission for this? We already know the polymarket elections outcome predictions markets promoted online by you know who — is incentivizing foreigners to interfere with our elections and we know the motivate cash purses. We oppose gambling but allow those websites which is basically gambling or political races to exist? Brothers, that is stupid this proposal also includes the addendums which ban polymarket trading for any Georgia races. This is long over due and must be performed in the method I explain, not the half crap others are speaking on. So in sum, we can jump start our businesses and most of all give new fair opportunity to new individual to participate in my elections protections network which this legislation would authorize. This means administrative jobs for thousands — and those are work and home jobs via our parcel-19 compute protocol. Let’s work together to money into Georgia families who want to become new elections protections heroes due to the lacking election integrity we now have.
To be honest you all do not know enough about how this stuff works, and I say that respectfully, I do know how this stuff works. We need to secure the ballots in the same manner in which we secure nuclear missiles as Kings Bay — but with the unclassified version which one vendor has built for these tasks.
Let’s go back to the foreign GA presidential elections outcome gamblers. Do you know how much money is being moved on these prediction payouts? Just do the math based on Kalashi or Polymarket.com. This was already brought to Jason’s attention in the news.
Now imagine if these “gamblers” start coming together, and leveraging bank credit, and cash for larger gambles. Now imagine if they invest in dark web cyber hacking teams to interfere, and insert pristine copycat ballots which they generate from phishing databases built from collecting data in Walmart parking lots.
For example, again, I have first hand knowledge of efforts to pay Americans to phish and collect phone numbers, birth dates, addresses, and candidate preferences. Many in America are being duped, and again, when I asked for $22 million on behalf of the tax payers — for Georgia training initiatives to expose the micro-elections and implement solutions — our request was denied. They should be able to tell you it’s a problem and you trust them. Yet you all in the state assembly want us to trust you all when you all are over spending on a ballot risk auditing process that does not verify every ballot cast was not deleted. There is too many flaws in ballot risk auditing to go into here — but the technical solution which still allows for paper for those who want it — has already been showed to Chuck — and the vendor is ready to build. The vendor is listed on this page — and how I came to learn of him.
In conclusion…
As you both know, my Mom — a democrat is now lobbying Senator Gail Davenport — she wants a feasibility study only in case you all —- can not work with Rep. Eric Bell and his team and other Democrats to pass the $900 Million + proposal I have allowed Ai to write based on my programming, my explanation of the concerns and my over watch. This is the first Artificial Intelligence written legislation to be lobbied publicly via what I call cyber lobbying.
As a millennial, I do things different, and that is not necessarily bad. Change is uncomfortable. Still God expect us to change. We have to continue to ally with those in my family on all sides of the aisle.
Mom is going to help lobbying her Democrat base too — to work with you, but other organizers have already been assigned roles and I trust them, they are Democratic Party members, and that is okay, because Georgia has united on this.
———— End of Part 1
Part 2
Chuck and Jason,
Remember, our end is not republican — we are Americans. USA first does not mean standing quiet as our party leader promotes a child porn transmission network, made by a foreign named guy Satoshi Nakamoto. We have been duped. Bitcoin which holds child porn is anti-Christian worst off it duplicates and immutably sends the child porn to all nodes. Child porn on the Bitcoin network cannot be deleted and we allow that, but we leave in the “delete” function on the voting software. That is stupid, and anyone who knows about the 1s and 0s of IT knows that is stupid.
Immutability works, we have a vendor — and I want a sole source contract. 159 NAACP leaders know the name of the vendor — or they should. My present at the Macon NAACP conference was welcomed and there I lobbied for support of this policy on behalf of those I represent.
We have whites with us, we have republicans with us — we have so many with us. We must lead by following God. Does God want people putting personal identifiable information into a database which is then used by low orbit satellites to identify specific voting propensities due to geo fencing and location data associated with which way a congressional district leans — blue or red.
Imagine this:
Allowing evil schemes to gain democrat voter information, and then complete counterfeit ballots. How does it work? Artificial intelligence and super intelligence systems cross pair the phished data with public voting history. Democrats are identified in the phished database, and then Super intelligence generates a batch of pristine ballot image files showing those same democrat voters — voted for Republican candidates. Imagine how unfair this is. Then low orbit satellites are used to insert the files into our Georgia elections system, and the voters never are able to verify anything of such a a sort.
This will happen to our party too eventually. Then we will do what? Pay? Already our network is operating for this end. We can reduce the verification from random to 1:1. This means I can verify every ballot in Georgia just as it’s done in California. Plus my cost is three cents, currently the people of Georgia are paying $1 or more.
Is this robbery? My base wants contracts; and money, let’s just cut to the chase. This is not about party, it’s about money. This is how we do this — your Republican brother — me — working with a Democrat Mom — to save the tax payers money. This must be the story, because right now people think you each and I are evil to work with democrats. Yet we must show them we are saving Georgians tax dollars. We are offset tax burdens, by using the best most efficient systems which our network has patent pending technology for. As expressed earlier I will license to the key players, and they can continue to earn, but my network wants money. It’s that simple.
Again, as a millennial I lead different — this is a public open letter that is archived as part of my lobby acts to you each. We define lobbying aa any act opposing, supporting, or postponing legislation. We don’t have to pay the government more money and share more personal information with them. Those notes are from an antiquated time — go back and think about when this same assembly voted to human traffick my ancestors whose stores are preserved at the Davenport House in Savannah. It’s time to think fair. All of these responses are too dishearten a multi-party base is patently unfair, they do not have to sign up and pay Georgia government officials more money and update Georgia government officials on their private personal stance on social issues, and in my opinion a privacy violation. So call this what you want, but be assured history will record our work. Historians will google you — if Google exists in 100 years, and the archives will hold your silence, your in action, or your senate floor to promote my technology for benefit the dreams of our foredaddies.
Again, this assembly voted to human trafficking my ancestors, and I have forgiven those leaders some who maybe or maybe not are relatives to you. We move forward needing these contracts for my base of liberty patriots. Honor me, and grant my request.
Your policy writers can rewrite, but we need the money to educate and work for free and fair elections. If you oppose me — you oppose fairness. If you oppose me — you oppose voting rights. If you oppose me Chuck Payne — you betray all the words you have instilled in me. You are my hero, who stood up for me — when a lie led your own Secretary to be frantic. You are calm cool, and wise.
Let’s go to church together. Let’s pray on this. I need these contracts for my vendors. The BCSN will continue to do what we can do to maintain security of the Georgia network independently via our citizen council and overwatch. My Mom is organizing with democrats. Bob Johnson is organizing with me. Now we must pay our people to serve our interest. Anything else is self sabotage of our democracy due to whatever justification a villain gives.
As a libertarian in thought I know taxation is theft. Yet we at the minimum can stop overpaying for verification of samples — we are paying .97 cents too much, on every ballot, and who ever you have contracted with are not doing what my team will do with 1 to 1 and HBAR minting of data.
Buy HBAR friends, and cut the check at the assembly for this cause via vote. Don’t let the rhetoric distract you. This is about money, it usually always is. God and the people will decide who in the state assembly wanted to reduce tax payer costs with my services, and who are pro taxing and over taxing the people for voting related expenses.
We must change the narrative, we must stop using the F- word — no more using “fight” leaders — it’s time to learn peacebuilding. Lastly rejoice, because with this proposals you all have the opportunity to help me implement my God sent vision for a new jobs sector for the peaceful. Plenty don’t even like political jobs because they are not argumentative and cantankerous and unfortunately traditionally that is the types who do canvass — those who speak hate against other candidates or other parties. We have fixed that with this legislation because IF this proposal becomes law it will fund a new style of canvassing in Georgia, and that means new money for new canvassing companies — with the certification Daniel Davenport Enterprises (DDE) oversees.

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY & PROPOSAL
========================================================================================
State election authorities face escalating operational and auditing costs driven by manual hand-counts, proprietary ballot-image processing software, and prolonged litigation defense.
By replacing legacy post-election audit overhead with the Parcel-19 Davenport Network, state governments can transition from $1.00 per ballot in verification software and labor expenses to $0.03 per ballot in automated, cryptographically secured verification.
This collateral outlines the immediate and long-term taxpayer wealth preserved through the implementation of the light weight DCNA pipeline and Portal Accessverification framework.
1. Current Cost Baseline: Georgia Case Study
State election verification currently operates under two costly overhead layers:
Digital Image Verification Software: Georgia state appropriations allocated $5,000,000for ballot-image verification across ~5 million registered votes, establishing a base software cost of $1.00 per ballot.
Manual Hand-Count Auditing:Physical audit labor adds an additional $0.38 to $0.50 per ballotin temporary county staffing and security expenses.

Zero Identity Leakage: Native integration with state Portal Accessdatabases utilizes light weight DCNA cryptographic tokens to verify citizenship without transmitting Personally Identifiable Information (PII).
Instant 3-Second Finality:Eliminates multi-week post-election reporting gaps by logging tamper-evident vote tallies in real time on Hedera mirror nodes.
Litigation Elimination: Immutable, asynchronous Byzantine Fault Tolerant (aBFT) ledger stamps provide court-admissible chain-of-custody, preventing costly post-election legal actions.
Budgetary Predictability: Fixed micro-transaction billing allows state budget directors to lock in exact election audit expenses years in advance.
4. Authorization & Next Steps
State procurement officers and Secretaries of State can request a formal demonstration of the Parcel-19 Davenport Network testnet environment and custom state ROI audit.

Addenum clarifications:
There is a new provision included to fund "canvassing money" for new companies upon passing this proposal into a bill and then law, and the funding is done with an HBAR sovereign wealth fund so that there will be no tax increases because taxation is theft. So entrepreneurs if you are here, you are in the right place too.
If you are into crypto this is exciting news for you too. We are now lobbying for the authorization for a private funded HBAR Georgia Sovereign Wealth Reserve — HBARPaysForItAll
This is how we pay leverage private fund for the legislative solutions here known as the Brandon Cunningham legislative policy outputs without any new taxes on you.
